Your light is personalized with the photo and name you submit. Please check both before placing your order. Allow approximately 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.

Shipping

Shipping time is additional to production time and depends on your destination. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Tracking details are sent once your order ships.

Changes to personalization

Need to change a photo or correct a name? Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check whether production has started. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Looking after your light

Follow the instructions included with your projector. Handle the lens carefully and keep it clean. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. Store the projector somewhere dry when it is not in use.
