Is this a leash or a light?

PawLume is a compact clip-on projection light. It is an accessory, and does not include a leash, harness or collar.

How do I personalize mine?

Choose your color, enter your pet’s name and upload a photo before adding it to your bag. Use a clear, well-lit photo with one pet and their whole face in view. Check the name carefully before you order.

What does the projection look like?

The light projects your submitted pet photo and name onto the ground. The examples are supplier demonstration images. Your result will depend on the photo, projection distance, surface and ambient light.

How long does it take to make?

Each projector is made to order. Allow approximately 5–7 business days for production before dispatch. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination.

Can I order for more than one pet?

Yes. Personalize and add each pet’s light to your bag separately so every item has the correct name and photo. Increasing the quantity makes extra copies with the same personalization.

Can I change my photo or name after ordering?

Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check whether production has started. Changes cannot be guaranteed once your personalized item is in production.
