Make visibility part of the routine

Before your first walk
Check the fit, straps, buckle and light before use, and follow the included charging instructions. Keep the electronics dry; do not submerge or machine wash. NightGlow is a visibility aid, not an accident-prevention guarantee. Use a leash, supervise your dog and stay alert around traffic. Visibility varies with distance, obstructions, weather and surrounding light.

No. The LED harness and personalized projector are sold separately, and neither listing includes a leash.
What should I check before ordering?
For NightGlow, compare your dog's neck and chest measurements with the product's size guide. For the Pet Projector, check the photo and name before adding it to your bag.
Can the personalized design be changed after ordering?
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check whether production has started. Changes cannot be guaranteed once a personalized item is in production.
Do the products ship separately?
They may arrive in different packages. Personalized projectors require approximately 5–7 business days of production, plus shipping. Contact us with your destination for current delivery information.
